We sell most items from stock. If an item is not in stock, we will email or call you to inform you of your options.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchanges are done only for products which are DOA within 7 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to reject any return items found tampered with or without original packaging

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments through PayPal, PayNow, DBS PayLah!, local bank transfer, overseas bank remittance(fees apply) or cash-upon-pickup. All payment must be cleared before dispatch or self-collection. No exceptions.
